This review is being posted in public interest Terrible Experience – Avoid Aliya, Rabbana & Al Haadi Travels (Noida/Delhi) We paid for B-category service but got D-category treatment. Our 2024 Hajj with Aliya Travels, Rabbana Travel, and Al Haadi Travels was an absolute nightmare. Hotels were nothing like promised—dirty, overcrowded, and poorly maintained. Food was stale and inedible. The tents in Mina and Arafat were overcrowded, far from the main areas, and unbearably hot. We walked for hours daily under the sun due to their horrible planning. Transport and Jamaraat arrangements were chaotic and unsafe, with zero coordination. Their staff vanished once payments were made—no guidance, no support, no accountability. This family-run group only cares about money, not pilgrims. They lure you with fake promises and then abandon you. Please avoid these fraud travel agencies. Don’t risk your sacred journey—choose a professional, trustworthy operator instead. NB - Many of the 5 star reviews are from their own family members"
